Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from highs and lows. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today if my parents didn't work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I strived to make them proud and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of achievement. Within my head, I knew what the plan was to live my life. You go to college and graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Get kids. That was my ideal of what it would take to be successful. But life had other plans. 2013 was the year I realized it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and status were good but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just wasting my time. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own business. Very few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating viable lifestyles that are suited to every person's individual needs and desires. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want in their life. My career was beginning to take off, I had the most devastating loss of my life, my mother's loss of life. To be in Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. But I still carry her with me and think of her every day. The lessons of life are often hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to experience life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life as I was given the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a feeling of awe and vitality. It feels like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. My story is made available to you so that I can talk about my experience and thoughts. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the best riches. My hope is that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets in the end of your life. We are the only guarantee in the world.
