Mena Alexandra suvari born on 13 February 1979 in the USA is an actor, fashion designer and a model. Soon after she began her acting career, Mena Alexandra Suvari appeared as a guest on 1990s television shows Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as an actor in the film Nowhere. Her transition into major roles with her performances as a character in American Beauty for which she was nominated for the BAFTA Award and American Pie each of which garnered her wider attention. Since then she appeared as a co-star in Loser (2000) with the American Pie co-star Jason Biggs and later played the main character in the comedy Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun, an independent drama that aired in 2002, and the action film Trauma (2004), were the most recent of her appearances. In addition, she was a part of HBO drama Six Feet Under in 2004 she was nominated as an Outstanding Cast in the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008, Suvari was a part in several films including Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the adaptation film of The Garden of Eden.
